SHIPPING

PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

Your order is prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order and payment details are confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or on public holidays in Türkiye.
Pre-orders are prepared and shipped within 7–10 business days.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are counted from the day your order is confirmed by FHATT. We do our best to meet these times, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If a significant delay is expected, we will let you know by email or phone.

Türkiye: 2–3 business days
Europe and United Kingdom: 4–5 business days
United States: 5–6 business days
Asia and Middle East: 7–8 business days
Africa and Oceania: 8–9 business days

We currently do not ship to Russia, Israel, Iran or Turkmenistan.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

For orders shipped to the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union, we cover all taxes and customs duties. For orders shipped to other countries, additional taxes, customs duties or import fees may apply under local regulations. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are paid to the relevant authorities on delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS

If your parcel arrives damaged, please ask the courier to record a damage report on delivery and email us at info@fhatt.co with photos on the same day. We will work with you to resolve any lost or damaged shipment.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To start a return or exchange, simply email info@fhatt.co with your order number and the item you want to return or exchange. You can find these details in your order confirmation email or on your invoice.

You can exchange your item, or return it without giving any reason using your right of withdrawal, within 14 days of receiving your order. Please send the items back as you received them – in their original box, undamaged and with the tags attached.

SHIPPING COSTS

FHATT covers the shipping cost of returns and exchanges. We will email you the shipping details once we receive your request.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Made-to-measure (custom-tailored) items cannot be returned.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. The time it takes for the amount to appear on your card depends on your bank.
