2. SUBJECT
This form has been prepared to inform the buyer, before the distance sales agreement is concluded, about the sale and delivery of the products ordered on tr.fhatt.com, in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. PRODUCT AND PRICE INFORMATION
The main characteristics of the product (name, colour, size, quantity), the sale price including taxes, the shipping fee and the total amount are shown in the order summary on the checkout page and in the order confirmation email. Prices shown on the Site are valid until updated. For orders already placed, the price at the time of order applies.
4. PAYMENT
Payment is made using the methods offered on the checkout page. Card details are not stored by the seller; they are processed by the payment provider. For instalment payments, any interest is subject to the terms of the buyer's bank.
5. DELIVERY
Products are shipped to the delivery address given in the order. In-stock items are shipped within 1–2 business days after order confirmation; pre-order and made-to-measure items within 7–10 business days. In all cases, delivery takes place within the legal maximum of 30 days from the order date. Shipping times and fees are set out on the Shipping, Returns & Exchanges page.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. If several products are delivered separately, the period starts on the day the last product is received.
The withdrawal notice is sent by email to info@fhatt.co within this period. The buyer returns the product to the following address within 10 days of the notice:

Return shipping is paid by the seller. The seller refunds all amounts collected, including the shipping fee, to the buyer's original payment method within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
The buyer is liable for any loss in value caused by use contrary to the usage instructions or ordinary use. Please return the product undamaged and with its tags attached.
7. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure according to the buyer's specifications or personal needs (made-to-measure items).
8. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
The buyer may send complaints to info@fhatt.co. In case of a dispute, the buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at their place of residence or where the transaction was made, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.
9. OTHER
The buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice (KVKK) published on the Site. By confirming the order, the buyer acknowledges having read this form and been informed.
DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES
Seller: Fatma Nur Doğan – FHATT Tekstil, whose details are set out in Article 1 of the Pre-Information Form above.
Buyer: The person placing an order on tr.fhatt.com. The buyer's name, address, phone number and email address are those provided during the order.
ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the buyer on tr.fhatt.com, in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT
The product name, colour, size, quantity, sale price including taxes, shipping fee, payment method, delivery and billing address and total amount are as stated in the order summary and in the order confirmation email sent to the buyer. The order summary forms an integral part of this agreement.
ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1. The buyer confirms having read the Pre-Information Form regarding the main characteristics of the product, sale price, payment method and delivery, and having given the necessary confirmation electronically.
4.2. The product is delivered to the address specified by the buyer within 30 days of the order date at the latest. In-stock items are shipped within 1–2 business days; pre-order and made-to-measure items within 7–10 business days.
4.3. The seller is responsible for any loss or damage until the product is delivered to the buyer. If the parcel is damaged on delivery, the buyer should ask the courier to record a damage report and notify info@fhatt.co on the same day.
4.4. If the order amount is not paid or is cancelled by the bank for any reason, the seller is released from the obligation to deliver.
4.5. If supplying the ordered product becomes impossible, the seller will inform the buyer within 3 days of learning this and refund all amounts collected within 14 days.
4.6. The invoice is issued according to the billing details given in the order and sent to the buyer.
ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. The buyer may withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
5.2. The withdrawal notice is sent by email to info@fhatt.co within this period. The buyer returns the product to the seller's address within 10 days of the notice. Return shipping is paid by the seller.
5.3. The seller refunds all amounts collected, including delivery costs, to the buyer's original payment method within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
5.4. The buyer is liable for any loss in value caused by use contrary to ordinary use.
ARTICLE 6 – EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure according to the buyer's specifications or personal needs (made-to-measure items).
ARTICLE 7 – DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If the delivered product is defective, the buyer may use the optional rights set out in Law No. 6502 (withdrawal from the agreement, price reduction, free repair or replacement with a non-defective item).
ARTICLE 8 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the buyer's place of residence or where the transaction was made have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.
ARTICLE 9 – EFFECTIVE DATE
By confirming the order, the buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement. The agreement enters into force when the order is confirmed. The seller sends a copy of the agreement to the buyer's email address.
